Kevin Bacon appeared as Tom Petty on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallonlast night, and the two funny dudes put a new, horsey spin on Petty's "Free Fallin'."

The gig was part of Fallon's segment First Drafts of Rock, in which imagined first drafts of rock songs are written and performed.

We think "Free Horses" could become a real hit – we just wish they'd get to the chorus a bit sooner.
