ISLAMABAD: Those wishing to cross the Afghan border into Pakistan without travel documents will **t be allowed, the Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz, told the Senate Standing Committee on Thursday.
Aziz said facilities are being made available for more effective border management. He added that four gates are being erected on the Pak Afghan border. The gates are being erected on the Pakistani side of the border, Aziz told the committee. Aziz informed the joint meeting of the Senate of Pakistan’s standing committees on foreign and defence affairs that Kabul had been told to take serious steps for dialogue with the Taliban.
