Idris Elba has been giving fans a glimpse of his fitness routine via Instagram this month, and all we can say is that boxing sure is doing his body good. The Star Trek Beyond star shared a photo of himself after a particularly grueling workout on Sunday, writing, "Fear ** guy." He's also posted a few videos while in the boxing ring - likely gearing up for some Thor: Rag**rak fight scenes before joining Tom Hiddleston and Chris Hemsworth on set.
