ASI, others booked for trespass, torture

JARANWALA: On the order of Additional Sessions Judge Sadaqatullah Khan, Lundianwala police have registered a case against an assistant sub-inspector and some other people on the charges of illegally entering a house and injuring a woman.

In a petition, Muhammad Ashraf of Chak 625/GB alleged that ASI Zahoor Ahmad and some other policemen of Lundianwala police station along with villagers Alamgir, Safdar Ali and Zahoor Lona illegally entered his house and beat his daughter Samina. He said that the accused also fractured her finger and made off with cash and gold ornaments.
