Michael Phelps claimed yet a**ther gold medal (the 22nd of his career) by dominating the field in the 200-meter individual medley.

But CBC viewers might be forgiven for thinking Lochte won. Phelps and Lochte were swimming side by side and Phelps pulled away in the final length of the pool. Except the CBC an**uncers got their lanes mixed up and thought it was Ryan Lochte who was blowing everyone else out of the water.
