Apple CEO Tim Cook is scheduled to host a fundraiser for Hillary Clinton, according to a report from BuzzFeed.*

Cook will host the event as a private citizen, **t in his capacity as Apple's chief executive. He will be joined by Lisa Jackson, Apple’s vice president of environment, policy and social initiatives.*

The money from the event will go toward the Hillary Victory Fund, a joint fundraising committee that supports Clinton's campaign as well as the Democratic National Committee and several state Democratic parties.*
