Freeman is in negotiations to play Drosselmeyer in Disney's upcoming film The Nut*****er and the Four Realms, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The Nut*****er was originally a ballet by Tchaikovsky, and Disney's venture will be the show's first live-action film. Unlike the ballet version, the film will only have one dance sequence, which will feature ballerina Misty Copeland.

Freeman's character Drosselmeyer is the mysterious magical godfather of Clara, who will be played by Mackenzie Foy (Interstellar). Read more...
