We're also in an age where someone can swap out the moon for a moon emoji on Twitter. Astronaut Rick Mastracchio posted a photo of the Earth and moon July 25, taken by a NASA camera onboard the Deep Space Climate Observatory satellite. And he remarked that it was so fantastic that it almost seemed too amazing to be a real photo.
