Get ready to turn on the waterworks with this poignant ad from Singapore phone company Starhub.

The ad captures a man spending time with his elderly father suffering from Alzheimer's Disease, trying to recreate the older man's memories.

The 60-second spot was produced with the Alzheimer's Disease Association, and takes the viewer through moments that may have been lost forever in the dad's mind.

Starhub has also released an extended director's cut.
