Rare population of koalas untouched by humans are under threat

Researchers from the University of Queensland have spent the last 20 years studying a group of 200 koalas on the remote St Bees Island in Australia.*

Despite the efforts they have made to gather information about the rare koalas untouched by humans or disease, numbers are still declining and scientists are still **t exactly sure why.*
