Everyone makes mistakes. Luckily, most of us don't have to watch them replay on a Jumbotron minutes later.

That wasn't the case for Minnesota United FC's goalie, Sammy Ndjock, who on Wednesday accidentally scored a goal against his own team during a pre-season game against AFC Bournemouth.

Ndjock had the seemingly simple task of tossing the ball back onto the field, but after failing to release it from his hand quickly e**ugh, the ball wound up bouncing backwards into his own goal.*

Once the unlucky goalie realized what was about to happen, he began sprinting after the ball, but in the end was unable to defend again his own ball-throwing skills. Read more...
