Shannen Doherty is **t shying away from her struggle with breast cancer.

The former 90210 and Charmed actress shared some moving and brutally honest photos on Instagram as she prepared for the next phase in her cancer treatment: shaving her head.

Doherty was diag**sed with the disease in March 2015, and formally an**unced she was undergoing treatment in August 2015.
