The first trailer for The Edge of Seventeen, out this fall, finds Oscar **minee and Taylor Swift Squad Member Hailee Steinfeld getting in touch with her inner average teen as she struggles with the cruel world of high school — full of unhelpful teachers (Woody Harrelson), parents (Kyra Sedgwick) and, most troublingly, a cool, hunky brother (Blake Jenner).*

The trailer is full of dark humor — the kind you're going to need if you want to survive the revelation that your best friend is dating your aforementioned popular brother
