Rihanna has canceled her Nice, France concert scheduled for Friday July 15, in light of the tragic Bastille Day terrorist attack that killed at least 84 people.

On Thursday evening, a truck plowed into a crowd of people celebrating Bastille Day just hours after French President Francois Hollande an**unced France would be lifting their state of emergency.
