Taylor Swift isn't only making headlines for her relationship with Tom Hiddleston.*

On Thursday, the pop star surprised patients at Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital in South Brisbane, Australia.

The hospital, as well as the parents of some of Swift's fans, shared their photos on social media.









She even coached one fan on how to take the perfect selfie.
