Let's have a moment of praise for Serena Williams: friend of Beyoncé, tennis champion, wearer of sandals with a ballgown.*

When Serena Williams attended the Wimbledon Champions Dinner at Guildhall in London on Sunday, her tennis-playing feet obviously needed a break, and so she paired her sparkly gown with flat white sandals.
