Faran Tahir to begin Hawaii Five-0 shoot in July
 

Pakistani-American actor Faran Tahir, whose acting career spans over three decades, has left a strong impression on viewers with his diverse performances in prolific Hollywood productions such as Iron Man, Star Trek, Elysium and most recently, The Jungle Book.

After wrapping up the shoot for his role (Jamil) in the upcoming fifth season of the popular crime-drama ****** Prison Break, Tahir is set to head to Hawaii to begin shooting for the upcoming seventh season of award-winning ******, Hawaii Five-0.

Sharing his experience of shooting in an exotic location, Tahir said in a press statement, “The last three months have been fun location wise for me as an actor as I have been shooting for Prison Break in Vancouver and then Morocco and **w will be heading out to beautiful Hawaii for the show Hawaii Five-0.”

The actor will join the star cast of the ****** in Hawaii where the shooting will take place in mid-July.

Hawaii Five-0 is a reboot of the original ****** that aired on CBS from 1968-1980 and centers upon an elite state police force that sets out to fight crime in the state of Hawaii.

Starring Alex O’Loughlin as detective Steve McGarrett, a decorated Naval ******r-turned-cop, the ****** follows his story as he returns to Oahu to investigate his father’s murder and stays there after Hawaii’s Gover**r persuades him to form a new team on his own terms.

The ****** was received well by viewers as well as critics globally when the first season aired in 2010.
