Taliban scared of the COAS Raheel Sharif, says Haider Gillani
 

RAWALPINDI: Former Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani on Monday called on Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif at General Headquarters.

According to ISPR former premier during the call was accompanied by his son Ali Haider Gillani thanked COAS for his efforts leading towards recovery of Ali Haider.

Meanwhile, Geo News quoted Ali Haider Gillani as saying that COAS is a brave soldier and Taliban are scared of him.

Ali Haider Gillani returned home on May 11 this year after three-year captivity in Afghanistan. He was abducted by militants from Multan on May 9, 2013 while he was participating in an election campaign, and was recovered in a joint operation carried out by the Afghan and US security forces in Afghanistan’s southeastern Ghazni province.
