Govt to increase IT exports
 

ISLAMABAD: The government is giving special emphasis to the information tech**logy sector to enhance its exports.

Officials said more than five billion rupees have been allocated in the current fiscal year for the development of IT industry. Giving details of the IT related project to be undertaken in the current fiscal year, the officials said a software tech**logy park will be established in the federal capital with the assistance of Korea.

The IT park will attract international companies to develop software and hardware solutions and also help boost the country’s IT exports.
