CM Sindh takes **tice of ice factory collapse in Karachi
 

KARACHI: Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah took **tice of the ice factory collapse on Monday in New Karachi and demanded a report regarding the incident.

According to details, Syed Qaim Ali Shah asked for a report from the departments of Industries and Labour. The Chief Minister stated that if an inspection regarding the ice factory had been conducted then he wanted to k**w what its report had stated.

The Chief Minister further asked that is the inspection had **t been carried out, then whose negligence was it then?

Qaim Ali Shah ordered Commissioner Karachi and M.D. S.I.T.E to oversee the relief work. He also directed authorities to ensure that the injured get the best medical treatment possible.

On Monday morning, the roof of an ice factory in New Karachi collapsed, killing six people and wounding others. The collapse was brought about due to a boiler explosion.

A source disclosed that at the time of the explosion, ten people were in the factory.
