Google has officially an**unced the name of the next version of Android. Android N will be officially be called Android **ugat.

The news comes six weeks after Google put the name to the public.



And in true Google fashion, the **ugat statue is already visible on Google's campus in Mountain View.

Although the name might disappoint some Indian users (who were campaigning for Neyyappam), if you think about it, it’s really the only obvious choice.

Android **ugat will be available later this year.
