**rway court rejects Edward S**wden's extradition lawsuit
 

OSLO: A **rwegian court has declined to hear a lawsuit from former U.S. spy contractor Edward S**wden against the **rwegian government, the court said on Monday.

S**wden's law firm said in April he would take the state to court to secure free passage to the **rdic country.

"Oslo District Court has decided that the lawsuit from Edward S**wden against the State regarding extradition, should be dismissed," the court said in a statement.
