Sabri murder: Pervaiz, Rabbani condole with family
 

KARACHI: Five days after the legendary qawwal, Amjad Sabri, was gunned down in Karachi, Senate Chairman Raza Rabbani and Federal Minister for Information Pervaiz Rashid met the family of the deceased to offer their condolences, in separate visits, on Sunday.Eulogising the late Qawwal’s commendable talent, Rabbani remarked that his art and legacy were like a bird which could **t be encaged, and could neither be shut inside a grave.“The late Amjad Sabri through the talent gifted to him by God and his love and dedication for the Prophet (Peace be upon Him) and his teachings spread the name of Islam all over the world.”
