1,446 shopkeepers fined: DCO

VEHARI: District Coordination ******r (DCO) Ali Akbar Bhatti Thursday said price magistrates imposed fine on 1,446 shopkeepers.

Presiding over a meeting regarding Ramazan Bazaars, the DCO said stern action would be taken against the shopkeepers and butchers who would violate quality and price lists.

Meanwhile, the DCO visited Rescue- 1122 ****** and inspected the arrangements made to control feared flood in River Sutlej.

The DCO checked different instruments and lauded Rescue in-charge Dr Farzand for arrangements to face flood situation.
