Sikh Yatrees perform religious rituals

NANKANA SAHIB: The Indian Sikh Yatrees performed their religious rituals here at Gurdawara Janamasthan, Nankana on Wednesday. Meanwhile, talking to reporters Yatrees group leader Sardar Gurmeet Singh lauded cooperation extended to them in Pakistan. He demanded relaxation in visa policy.



Nankana receives heavy rain

NANKANA SAHIB: The city Nankana and its outskirts received heavy downpour on Wednesday. The rain turned the weather pleasant. The rainwater accumulated in many areas of the city, including Madina Town, Housing Colony, Canada Colony, Hospital Road and Old Nankana. The locals faced severe problems due to accumulated rainwater. The electricity supply also remained suspended in some areas for several hours.
