Call to properly dispose of remains of slaughtered animals

TOBA TEK SINGH: PAF Shorkot Rafiqui Airbase Commander Air Commodore Wasim Ahmad Khan has said that people residing near the airbase should properly dispose of remains of slaughtered animals and their food.

Addressing a flight safety control meeting at the Shorkot Cantonment on Wednesday, he said that if remains of animals and food were thrown in the open, it would attract big birds, which was dangerous for costly warplanes. He urged the participants of the meeting to make an**uncements in villages to properly dispose of or bury the remains at avoid air accidents.

PAF Flight Safety ******r Squadron Leader Faisal Hassan, Shorkot AC Amir Shahzad, officials of all three districts, union council chairmen and councillors and Cantonment Board members attended the meeting.
