LONDON — Let's be honest, things aren't looking great for Rickon at the moment.

If people were forced to put money on which of the Stark brood is likely to croak it first, little Rickon — who has recently lost both his direwolf (maybe) and his wildling guardian (definitely) — would probably be the one with the worst odds.
