A Calgary airline has added a furry new member to its team.*

In response to the **rthern Alberta wildfires that ripped through Fort McMurray and displaced at least 80,000, Canadian **rth Air opened up its coach sections to accommodate passengers fleeing the region with their pets.*

"Many of the evacuees from the **rthern Alberta wildfires have been traveling with their beloved pets. We love animals, too, so we've been happy to help bring them to safety," Canadian **rth said on Facebook.


The airline took its compassionate response a step further when staff members volunteered to cat-sit Meow Meow, the pet of a Krystal Scott, pregnant passenger who was ready to go into labor . * Read more...
