The Purpose*singer is on a Twitter spree, apologizing to fans in Argentina because he's **t allowed to tour in the country due to legal incidents from 2013.*

"Argentinian beliebers I would like **thing more than to bring the #purposetour there but until the legal conditions change there I can't," he writes.

He continued tweeting, adding that his "lawyers say it is what it is."
