Two Lyari gangsters killed in police encounters *
 

KARACHI: Police killed two gangsters during search operation in different areas of Lyari late on Sunday night.

SSP City Fida Hussain said, police carried out search operation in Kalri and Napier locality on the information about presence of miscreants.

During the operation, Naqeeb alias Mama and Mustafa were killed. They belong to Baba Ladla and Uzaib Baloch groups respectively.

Fida Hussain went on to say that the accused were involved murder, hand grenade attacks and extortion.

Meanwhile, police also arrested six accused including Lyari gangster Anees and Yasir alias Mama from various areas of the port city.
