Each brick, which features raised studs just like a Lego, represents one letter of the Braille alphabet. The bricks are then arranged into learning kits for students, which they can use to form words. To optimize the product's availability, creators have issued the designs under a Creative Commons license, which means that anyone can use them as long as they're released under the same license. What does this mean for Braille Bricks? Even though only 300 sets have been manufactured so far, these delightfully in**vative toys could become ubiquitous sooner than we might think. Read more...
