Fazl admitted to hospital
 

ISLAMABAD: Jamiat Ulemae0Islam- Fazl (JUI-F) Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman was admitted to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) on Thursday for food poisoning. The JUI-F chief had a breakfast with PrimeMinister Nawaz Sharif earlier in the morning. Medical tests of Fazl were carried out at the hospital, sources said, adding that ulcer was detected in the stomach of Fazl, however, doctors allowed him to go home after staying at the hospital for four hours. PIMS doctors said that the food consumed during a breakfast with the prime minister caused food poisoning. The doctors said that Fazl has been suffering from diabetes. -—Online
