Just three weeks after a judge dismissed most of Kesha's counterclaims*against Dr. Luke — delivering the singer a serious setback —*the pop star's mother has dropped her own counterclaims against the producer, whom Kesha has accused of rape and abuse over the course of their decade-long working relationship.*

"The litigation with Dr. Luke has been a nightmare for Mrs. Sebert and her family," Sebert's lawyer, Alex Little, said in a statement to Mashable.
