For those who wanted Nintendo's mobile forays to be more game and less social network, there's hope on the horizon.

Nintendo an**unced its next two mobile games would be based on the Fire Emblem and Animal Crossing universes, and will come out this fall. Nintendo an**unced the two games at its quarterly financial briefing in Kyoto, Japan Wednesday.

According to a press release, both titles will be "pure game applications," and they will tie in closely with Nintendo's releases in that ******. That likely includes Fire Emblem: Fates, released in February in America, and Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer, which came out in September.
