The streaming war claims a new casualty: Quickflix is going under

Both Netflix and Quickflix started out their corporate lives mailing DVDs, but only one still has a vaguely healthy bank balance.

On Tuesday, Quickflix, an Australian media company that provides a subscription streaming platform, as well as a DVD service, an**unced it was going into voluntary administration via a statement released to the Australian stock exchange.
