LONDON — J.K. Rowling has tweeted her full support to junior doctors who have begun an all-out strike in England for the first time in the history of the NHS, the country's publicly funded healthcare system.*

In response to an Scottish politics reporter who accused doctors of hypocrisy over the dispute, the Harry Potter writer tweeted:*
