LONDON — The Bataclan concert hall, where 90 people were shot dead in the **vember terrorist attacks in Paris, will re-open to the public this **vember, one year after the massacre, the managers said in a Facebook statement.*

British singer Pete Doherty will help reopen the venue with a gig on **vember 16, which will be followed by shows by the Senegalese star Youssou N'Dour, Nada and MZ.*

Other shows will be an**unced in the next few days, the post says.
