If you thought Justin Bieber would never do a**ther meet and greet, we have a vital lesson for you: never say never.

Bieber cancelled his pricey meet and great schedule last month, saying they made him feel "drained and unhappy." But he still stuck to his appointment with Sarina Costanzo, a 14-year-old in Missouri*with cystic fibrosis who hoped to meet the pop star as part of the Make-A-Wish program.
