An Indian college student has won a case against Indian marketplace Snapdeal after it refused to deliver an iPhone 5S that he had ordered at a discounted price of Rs 68 ($1)

An Indian consumer court ordered Snapdeal to deliver the phone to the student Nikhil Bansal at the price at which he had ordered it and fined it Rs 10,000 ($150) for refusing to deliver the product
