HONG KONG/NEW YORK (Reuters) - Apex Tech**logy Co Ltd, a Chinese company that manufactures ink cartridge chips, is in negotiations to acquire U.S. printer and imaging systems provider Lexmark International Inc, according to people familiar with the matter.
