UPDATE 2-Williams sues ETE and CEO Warren over share offering
April 6 (Reuters) - Williams Companies Inc has sued Energy Transfer Equity LP and its Chief Executive Kelcy Warren to block a controversial private preferred share offering ETE made to its top investors last month, saying it was against the terms of their merger agreement.
