Pay clean-up marshals Rs 1,000 for littering in public
You will soon be fined up to Rs 1,000 for littering in public spaces. In an attempt to revive its clean-up marshal scheme, the BMC has identified as many as 778 high footfall areas such as markets, tourist spots, beaches and hawking zones across the city to be monitored by clean-up marshals
