What does a meal for a "lady" mean to you?*

Well, according to one pub in Melbourne, Australia, it means a smaller, healthier version — and people aren't down with that.

The Duke of Wellington features a "Lady Parma" on its menu, which is a smaller version of "The Duke Parma" and swaps the coleslaw on the so-called masculine version out for house leaves. It is also five dollars cheaper, perhaps as an ode to women who get paid less than male counterparts.
