LOS ANGELES — Kevin Hart and Lionsgate want you to LOL.

The Santa Monica-based studio an**unced Thursday that it has partnered up with the comedian and his company,*Hartbeat Digital, to launch a new video-on-demand service, Laugh Out Loud, as well as a social adventure mobile tablet game.
