There may be a new movie, an eighth story, a two-part play and a second theme park*coming —*but perhaps the freshest Harry Potter content amid all that is Severus Snape and the Marauders, a fan film about Harry's father and his friends facing off against the future potions master of Hogwarts.

The 25-minute film picks up shortly after James Potter (Garrett Schweighauser), Sirius Black (Kevin Allen), Remus Lupin (Paul Stanko) and Peter Pettigrew (Zachary David) have graduated from Hogwarts. Even though the first Wizarding War wages around them, they go to the pub for drinks like any young alumni, joking about parties and girls until they catch sight of Snape (Mick Ignis) at the bar.
