A California 14-year-old wanted to take his girlfriend out for lunch — and maybe buy her a bouquet of flowers. You k**w, standard date stuff.*But he needed to raise a little cash first.

According to a Facebook post by Oakdale resident Ryan Cox, the kid stopped by his house last weekend to ask if he could mow the lawn.
