LOS ANGELES — It's time for a toast to Mamrie Hart.

The YouTuber, k**wn for her "You Deserve A Drink" video ******, has been tapped to host the eighth annual*Shorty Awards, Mashable has exclusively learned.

"When I first heard I was going to be the host, I blacked out," Hart joked. "To be fair, though, I had just drank 3 gin martinis and zero food. I kid! **, I think I was driving and found out on the phone which was on speaker because I am a safe driver."
