Gigi Hadid delivered a heart-wrenching speech during this week's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,*ho**ring her mother's struggle with Lyme disease.*

"Tonight we're ho**ring the person that, more than anyone that I k**w, is hope for Lyme disease awareness: my mom," Hadid said. "For your fight, for your passion, and for your making your journey one that will help so many."


She actually delivered the speech last year, but it didn't air until the March 22 episode.
