Monday's Apple event wasn't the most interesting because it had bigger things on its mind

On Monday Apple an**unced the iPhone SE and a new, smaller iPad Pro. As a longtime Apple watcher, I can tell you that this was **t the most exciting Apple event in the company's history.

And at just over an hour long, it was one of the shortest product events I can recall. Part of this might be because the products themselves aren't that new. And that's true. New Apple Watch bands and rose gold colors aside, the products themselves are basically iterations of things we've seen before.
