The official word is in from Sony on Microsoft's just-an**unced support for cross-network play in Xbox games ... and it's probably **t what you want to hear.

Cross-network play means that developers have the option of allowing Xbox gamers to compete against people on other platforms. For the time being, that means ******* cross-play for sure, but it also opens the door for Xbox and PlayStation people to connect, provided Sony's cool with it.
